Celebrating Vision and Growth: Coerco’s Mid-Year Highlights
Coerco’s Mid-Year Celebrations 2024 were memorable events filled with gratitude, recognition, and a renewed commitment to our shared vision. We’re also excited to share highlights from our recent "Sharing The Vision" events, where our leadership team presented Coerco’s company vision across all locations.
Sharing The Vision Events
During these events, our leadership team reinforced our 30-year commitment to innovation and going the extra mile. This milestone in our journey from a father-son business 30 years ago to a team of over 150 dedicated professionals was marked by the launch of our "Growth By Sharing" bonus program. This program reflects our belief that when Coerco grows, we all grow together. We're still dedicated to improving lives through everything we do.
Welcome and Recognitions
As part of our mid-year celebrations, we welcomed the newest members of the Coerco family and rewarded several long-serving team members with gift cards in recognition of their loyalty and exceptional service. Our Director & Founder, Andrew Jackson, expressed heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the team’s dedication and hard work.
The Coerconian of the Year 2024

A Focus on Safety
The main theme of this year’s celebrations was Workplace Safety. We invited special guest and accident survivor, Theo Venter who shared his powerful story of surviving a severe workplace incident. After being electrocuted by 22,000 volts, undergoing 17 surgeries in one month, and spending 5 months in the hospital, Theo’s journey is a profound reminder of the importance of prioritizing safety, trusting your instincts, and avoiding shortcuts. He urged us all to look out for ourselves and our colleagues to prevent accidents.
