Lack of adequate on-site storage meant trucks had to return frequently, and multiple teams shared limited fill points. This caused delays in completing spray programs, especially when weather windows were tight or multiple machines were in use.
Operators were spending unnecessary hours standing around waiting to load, refill or manage traffic around the tank site. With no separation between tasks, it created frustration and limited productivity — especially as the farm scaled to cover over 15,000 hectares.
